Kristal Twin is a glazed partition made of double glass profile. The Twin partition guarantees high soundproofing performances. It is certified for soundproofing up to 44 dB according to the UNI EN ISO 10140-2:2010 and UNI EN ISO 717-1:2013 for partition made of glass or melamine panels. Kristal Twin is a high quality partition which, thanks to the adjustment pivots of the glasses to the floor, allows to dampen the different heights of the ground. Its solid structure allows to obtain the resistance certificate to impact with hard body and soft body according to the UNI 8201:1981, an important finish line for security in offices. KRISTAL TWIN WITH PROFILES RECESSED FLOOR AND CEILING
Recessing the profiles inside ceiling and floor allows you to have a minor visual impact in your office.
The partition Kristal Twin can be provided with transparent, frosted or striped frosted glass. In addition to the standard version, it is possible to customize the partition through the insertion of colored PVB inside glasses, by lacquering in RAL colors or with vinyl films application on glasses. The structure of Kristal Twin partition allows to obtain a recess system of the profiles to floor and to ceiling, so as to hide the horizontal profiles leaving only the glass in view. This allows to have minimal design offices.
WITH 45° CORNER OR WITH PRE-FINISHED CORNER

The glass joints are available both in polycarbonate and aluminum, depending on customers choice.

Pre-finished corners allows a faster cut of carters, enhancing design and speeding the assembly.
WITH EQUIPPED WALL SYSTEM PARTITION
Kristal Twin is compatible with Wall System equipped partition, both with alluminium skirt or with full height leaf. Kristal Twin is a flexible product integrated in the production Arcadia: thanks to its special starting modules it is possible to integrate it with the partition Wall System, even equipped. Kristal Twin can be also realized in blind version with melamine panels according to Wall System color palette.
WITH MAGNETIC HANDLE FOR SINGLE AND DOUBLE GLAZED DOORS
Kristal Twin doors can be supplied with magnetic lock. In the inner part, the internal and external gears of closing have been removed allowing to achieve greater smoothness and quietness during the opening and closing of the door.
The finish line was to downsize the overall dimension, allowing to operate on the product design, making the handle a furnishing element as an harmonic part of the door. In the magnetic handle we have eliminated the internal and external kinematics, allowing us to achieve an important result: silence and smoothness when closing or opening the door. SOUNDPROOFING AND STABILITY
Kristal Twin partition is custom designed, every project is followed and calculated for the best aestethic and acoustic realization. Twin is certified for soundproofing up to 44 dB according to the UNI EN ISO 10140-2:2010 and UNI EN ISO 717-1:2013 for the glazed and blind partition. Its solid structure allowed to obtain also the resistance certification to impact with hard and soft body according to the UNI 8201:1981, an important goal for the security in the office.

Kristal Twin is a flexible and integrated product in the Arcadia production, designed for environments which require high acoustic performance without giving up the elegant look of the glass. Realized also in the version with panels in melamine according to the KWS colors, Kristal Twin allows to integrate within its own profiles also the equipped partitions of the Wall System series and bookcases Compact. Structure of the Kristal TWIN partition allows to obtain a recess system of the profiles to the floor and to the ceiling, so as to hide the horizontal profiles leaving only the glass in view.

SPECIFICATION
Kristal is a high quality partition system which, thanks to its telescopic elements at floor and at ceiling, allows to dampen different heights of spaces. Kristal partitions are made of vertical and horizontal structures realized in extruded anodized in grey aluminum and stratified glasses thickness 10mm. Aluminum profiles can be supplied polished or lacquered in RAL colors
Glass sheets maximum size is 105 cm width and 300 cm height. Between the sheets of glass there is an aluminum H-shaped profile (mm 10x10), made in polycarbonate on request (mm 4x10). Glasses are available transparent, frosted or striped frosted. It is possible to supply customized vinyl films or standard ones. They can be applied even after the assembly of the partition.
Partitions are in tempered glazed doors 10 mm thick, sliding or hinged doors and they can be supplied with the same glass finishes (transparent, frosted, striped frosted). They are available also with aluminum perimetral frame with movable lower threshold. For the partition Kristal Twin it is available the double glass version.
Kristal partitions have a wide range of aluminum corners with different degrees (45°, 90°, 180° and adjustable) allowing greater customizable design, available also pre-finished corners to improve general aesthetics. Aluminum profiles are supplied in the following versions: Kristal Twin(W 98mm H 46mm) for melamine panels or double glasses; Kristal 10 (W 98mm H 56mm) for single glasses; Kristal 5 (W 50mm H 50mm) for single glasses. Kristal is certified according to UNI 8201, which guarantees stability in case of accidental impact.
